Description
The United States Department of State is seeking a contractor to provide electrical upgrades, renovations, and repairs at the Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI) compound in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary to execute the electrical upgrades. The Government will conduct a comparative best-value evaluation of complete quotations in accordance with the solicitation's evaluation criteria.
• The contractor must submit one complete quotation in response to this solicitation, consisting of two physically separate volumes: Volume 1 – Price Quotation and Volume 2 – Technical Quotation.
• The contractor must request access to Section J Attachments through FAN.gov by emailing the Contract Specialist at [email protected].
• The contractor must review the entire solicitation package and all attachments, which contain important information regarding the solicitation schedule and quotation submission requirements.
