Cooling Tower Refurbishment - Three (3) Cells

The work involves removing existing fill media, supports, and eliminator assemblies and installing new fill‑media kits, fill supports, and eliminator kits in each cell while keeping the clinic fully operational – only one cell may be offline at any time. The contractor must supply all materials, labor, tools, transportation, permits, and safety documentation, and must provide a one‑year warranty on workmanship and parts.
