Description
The US Army is soliciting quotes for the provision of Epoxy Primer, MIL-DTL-53022, Type IV, Class L. The material must be listed on the Qualified Products List (QPL) for MIL-DTL-53022 and have a shelf life of at least 80% of the manufacturer's total shelf life. The required quantity is 1,000 kits, each containing 1 gallon of material. The kits must be provided in the correct ratios for mixing and have a maximum VOC of 2.8 lbs/gal. The color of the primer must be Light Beige/Light Gray/Off-White/Buff.
• The material is considered a HAZMAT item and requires the longest possible shelf life and most current SOS and TDS when shipping.
• The material's expiration date must be labeled on the material and the invoice.
• The offeror must submit their quote via email to the Purchasing Agent by 09:00 AM EST on July 6, 2026.
• The solicitation incorporates by reference the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5.
