Description
The City of Fayetteville is preparing to solicit bids for a new multi‑use sports complex on McArthur Road. The project consists of constructing twelve (12) baseball fields, extensive site work across roughly 68 acres, parking, landscaping, walkways, utilities, and three new structures: a prefabricated metal maintenance building (20 ft × 30 ft), a 1,104 sq ft concession/restroom building, and a 2,871 sq ft multi‑use building with restrooms, concessions, offices, a vestibule, and an open‑air pavilion. The solicitation will be formally advertised on December 12 2025, with a mandatory pre‑bid conference on December 15 2025. Bids must be submitted by February 5 2026. Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2026 and last approximately one year.
