Description
The State Highway Administration is requesting quotations for the purchase and delivery of associated IT peripherals to support agency operations and maintain compatibility with SHA’s existing technology environment. The requested peripherals include items such as adapters, Ethernet cables, surge protectors, charging equipment, audio headsets, and workstation accessories. The vendor shall deliver the exact product quoted in its submission unless prior written approval is obtained from the Procurement Officer.
• The peripherals must be new and unused
• The peripherals must include manufacturer warranty
• The equipment must include all necessary accessories, cables, and mounting hardware
• The equipment must meet all specifications listed in the commodity table
• The vendor shall deliver all items within 30 calendar days after receipt of a purchase order
• The vendor shall provide estimated delivery lead time for all items quoted
• The prices must remain valid for 60 days and include all shipping, handling, and delivery costs
