The GPO is seeking a vendor to produce 5,000 standard #10 non‑window envelopes—including 80 “blue‑label” departmental random copies—with a printed return address, fully gummed flap, and high‑quality offset or digital printing. The work requires compliance with JCP paper specifications, a minimum 150‑line screen print quality, delivery to the EEOC Chicago District Office, and provision of a press‑ready PDF and physical packaging that meets GPO labeling requirements. Vendors must submit a price quote, financial documentation, and a completed W‑9 before award.
• 5,000 envelopes (24 lb white JCP V20 paper) with 5‑line black address printing
