Budget estimate

$100,000 – $200,000

The construction budget for this project is roughly $2 million. Considering the scope of work, including renovation, construction, and installation of various systems, the budget for the Construction Manager at Risk is likely to be a percentage of the total construction cost. Assuming a typical fee structure for Construction Management services, the budget could be in the range of 5% to 10% of the total construction cost. Therefore, the budget estimation is between $100,000 and $200,000.
