Mason Farm Wastewater Treatment Plant Storage Warehouse

The Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA) is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional engineering services for the design and construction phase of a new Storage Warehouse Facility at the Mason Farm Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The selected firm will be responsible for preparing design plans and specifications, permitting assistance, reviewing geotechnical engineering reports, conducting subsurface utility engineering assessments, and providing construction phase services. Key aspects of the project include: • Utilizing a recently completed Space Needs Assessment to finalize the design of the proposed Storage Warehouse at the Mason Farm WWTP. • Completing construction of the Warehouse in general conformance with the budgetary cost estimate provided in the Space Needs Assessment. • Providing a conditioned storage space for electrical equipment storage and testing. • Including at least one conditioned space for equipment storage and testing. • Ensuring the warehouse design allows for future expansion. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and expertise in designing warehouse facilities.
