Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane has a requirement for the replacement of filters within the baghouse machines at Building 365 and Building 366. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and transportation to perform the requirement defined in the Statement of Work. The scope of work includes the replacement of 84 new cartridge filters and one new Air Actuator at Building 365, and 480 new cartridge bag filters, cages, clamps, gaskets, and venturis at Building 366. The contractor must comply with all applicable safety regulations, including OSHA and NFPA guidelines.
• The contractor shall ensure hot work permits are obtained from the fire department in accordance with EM 385-1-1.
• The contractor shall provide and install new filters and equipment as specified in the Statement of Work.
• The contractor shall prepare and submit a comprehensive Acceptance Test Report upon completion of the baghouse repairs and operational testing.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable security regulations and requirements.
