46--EC - LMDT MEMBRANE FILTERS

The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a contractor to design, fabricate, store, and deliver a membrane filtration system for the Leadville Mine Drainage Tunnel Project in Colorado. The system should include a skid-mounted microfiltration or ultrafiltration membrane system, a Clean-in-Place (CIP) System, control panel(s), and other components. The contractor will be responsible for field startup and testing services, participation in Water Treatment Plant commissioning, training, and warranty. The estimated price range of this acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. • The system should produce a net maximum permeate flow of 2,250 gallons per minute (gpm) with all three trains in service and a net average permeate flow of 1,750 gpm with one train out of service. • The contractor should deliver the equipment to the project location and provide field startup and testing services. • The contractor should participate in Water Treatment Plant commissioning and provide training. • The contractor should provide a warranty for the equipment.
