Description
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking contractors to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the acquisition of weld fixtures, machining fixtures, assembly fixtures, gauges, and dies. The BPA will be used to support the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). The contractor will provide completed designs or build to an RIA-JMTC design of the required items. The drawings should meet normal industry standards and include all necessary views and dimensions. The contractor will also provide a computer graphic file of the approved and completed design. The evaluation criteria include capabilities, equipment and technology, skill and expertise, quality control, certifications, inspection equipment, documentation and processes, reputation and experience, track record, and customer references.
• The BPA will be for a period of five years from the date of award.
• All supply orders under this BPA shall continue until the performance is complete and the order is paid, even after the BPA expiration date.
• The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards.
• The BPA Master does not obligate any funds, and the Government is obligated only to the extent of Call Orders issued under the BPA.
• There is no minimum purchase under this agreement.
• The BPA holder shall agree that the clauses and provisions included in the resulting BPA master agreements are incorporated and made a part of each Government Call Order under the BPA.
