Description
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a contractor to provide Light Assembly items. The contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-15. The USCG intends to place an order for a quantity of five (5) items, with an option to require an additional quantity of five (5) items for a maximum quantity of ten (10) items. The contractor shall provide new approved parts, and all parts shall be individually packed in a separate envelope, box, carton, or crate. The USCG requires the contractor to comply with various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and provisions, including those related to security prohibitions and exclusions, subcontracting, and payment terms.
