Description
The Department of Water Resources is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive spillway maintenance at Pyramid Dam, including concrete repairs, joint sealant replacement, and associated scaffolding and safety work. The project requires adherence to strict safety and CEII handling procedures, and bidders must be pre‑qualified, complete a safety pre‑qualification questionnaire, and attend (optional) pre‑bid and site‑visit events.
• Perform concrete repair tasks such as saw‑cutting, core‑drilling, hydro‑demolition, surface preparation, and application of repair material.
• Install and remove swing‑stage scaffolding, install new joint sealant, and replace reinforcement as required.
• Comply with CEII nondisclosure requirements, submit a safety pre‑qualification questionnaire, and meet licensing (A‑class) and prevailing‑wage obligations.
