Description
The Navajo Nation is seeking a qualified general contractor to renovate the Lake Valley Chapter Storage Building. The work includes complete roof replacement, demolition of existing roof components, installation of new metal roofing, interior and exterior LED lighting upgrades, new GFCI electrical receptacles, finish work, and final site cleanup. Bidders must attend a mandatory on‑site visit, submit a sealed proposal by the deadline, and provide required bonds, insurance, and licensing. The contract will be awarded to the highest‑scoring responsive bidder, with a strong preference for Navajo‑certified firms.
• Scope: demolition, new wood sheathing, moisture barrier, metal roofing, LED lighting, GFCI receptacles, finish work, and warranty documentation.
