MEAD VALLEY WELLNESS VILLAGE INTERIM HOUSING PROGRAM WITH RECUPERATIVE CARE SERVICES

The County of Riverside, on behalf of Riverside University Health System Behavioral Health, is seeking a qualified contractor to operate an interim housing facility on the Mead Valley Wellness Village campus in Perris, CA. The contractor will provide “room and board” and supervised, alcohol‑ and drug‑free housing (Scope A) and, budget‑allowing, augmented recuperative care services (Scope B) for individuals and families receiving behavioral health services. The facility must be operational by January 1 2027.
