The County of Alameda, through its Health department (AC Health), is establishing a Vendor Pool to provide a broad array of housing and homelessness services—including direct client services, program start‑up, capacity‑building, technical assistance, and innovative models—across four service categories: Housing Community Supports, Health and Supportive Services, Interim & Permanent Housing Administration, and Homelessness Prevention. Qualified vendors will be entered into a standard services agreement pool and may be awarded contracts on a rolling, quarterly basis for up to three years (with a possible two‑year renewal). The RFQ opens March 10 2026; the first round of responses is due April 14 2026, with subsequent rounds in August and October 2026 and quarterly thereafter. Vendors must demonstrate at least three years of experience serving homeless or at‑risk populations, possess required licenses, and be certified (or agree to be certified) to use Alameda County’s Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). The County will evaluate qualifications, award notices begin July 27 2026, and contracts may start January 1 2027.
