This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to operate a Residential Re‑Entry Center (RRC) and provide associated home‑confinement services for federal offenders in Michigan. The contractor must supply a fully compliant facility, staff it with qualified personnel, and deliver a suite of correctional‑rehabilitation programs, food services, medical care, security, and reporting in accordance with BOP regulations. The contract is an IDIQ with a one‑year base period and up to four one‑year options, allowing for a maximum five‑year performance term. The award will be made via sealed‑bid (IFB) after the December 29, 2026 deadline.
• Operate an RRC facility meeting NFPA, OSHA, FDA Food Code, and architectural‑barriers standards, with a minimum of 30 beds (25 male, 5 female).
