Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services and Home Confinement Services Located in the State of Michigan Within the Counties of Barry, Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, or Van Buren

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is issuing an indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide both in‑house Residential Reentry Center (RRC) beds and Home Confinement placements for federal offenders in Michigan. The contract will cover up to 30 RRC beds (25 male, 5 female) and up to 20 home‑confinement placements each year, with a one‑year base period and four optional one‑year extensions, for a potential five‑year performance window. The government prefers a single provider for both services to ensure integrated case management.
