Description

The Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office is seeking qualified organizations to design and deliver an in‑custody, evidence‑based reentry program at the Orleans Justice Center. The program must address criminogenic risk factors through cognitive‑behavioral therapy, life‑skills instruction, and structured interventions grounded in the risk‑need‑responsivity (RNR) model. Proposals are to outline service delivery, curriculum, staffing, outcome measurement, and cost structure. • Provide cognitive‑behavioral and behavioral programming targeting recidivism drivers. • Deliver life‑skills instruction and structured interventions to promote behavioral change. • Align all activities with RNR principles and demonstrate measurable outcomes. • Include staffing plans, qualifications, and a detailed budget. • Meet the submission deadline of 9 Nov 2026.
