The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is issuing a sealed‑bid, firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ solicitation for the operation of Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services in ten counties of Tennessee, with a 150‑mile home‑confinement radius that may extend beyond county lines. The contract will consist of a one‑year base period plus up to four one‑year option years, with the possibility of a six‑month extension under FAR 52.217‑8.
