The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide noncontract garbage services for Store 025, located at 630 S. Decatur St. in Montgomery, AL. The services include picking up 2 CY containers weekly and billing monthly for a period of 12 months, from 10/1/2025 to 9/30/2026. The vendor must provide all fees and costs included in the price per month, with additional pickups available as needed at a specified price per pickup.
• The solicitation is open for bidding from 10/21/2025 to 10/26/2025.
• Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit responses electronically through the system.
• The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation, including providing proof of registration, licenses, and insurance as required.
