Description
This solicitation seeks to establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement (IQA) for ongoing maintenance, repair, and parts supply of a diverse fleet of air‑compressor equipment owned by the City of Columbus Department of Public Utilities. The City will issue individual purchase orders on an as‑needed basis throughout the agreement term, paying only for the rates and charges submitted by the vendor for each line‑item.
• Provide hourly, overtime, and weekend/holiday labor rates for service technicians.
• Supply trip, mileage, and miscellaneous travel charges, as well as a disclosed markup on repair parts.
• Service multiple sites across Columbus and neighboring Lockbourne/Westerville locations, covering a wide range of compressor makes and models (Ingersoll‑Rand, Kaeser, Quincy, Gardner‑Denver, etc.).
