RFP 2025-012 City of North Las Vegas Master Plan Addendum

The City of North Las Vegas is seeking a respondent to develop a 2055 Master Plan, which will act as a guiding framework for the city's future economic, social, cultural, and quality of life vision and associated goals. The plan will encompass plan development, visioning, goal setting, public outreach, and creation of a final draft of the plan. The successful respondent will assist city staff in developing the plan, which will provide a strategic set of clear and measurable goals to guide future city growth and development. • The plan should contain sections on introduction, existing conditions, community profile, guiding principles, vision, and goals, elements of the master plan and themes, and implementation strategy and performance metrics. • The plan should also include NRS required elements such as conservation, historic preservation, housing, and other relevant sections. • The respondent should have experience in master planning and urban development. • The respondent should be able to demonstrate their ability to work with city staff and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive plan. • The respondent should be able to provide a detailed scope of work, timeline, and budget for the project.
