The County of Daviess is seeking a qualified contractor to construct eight USAPA‑approved pickleball courts at Yellow Creek Park, including site grading, footings, net‑post installation, a full asphalt surface color‑coating system, chain‑link fencing, a gate, and optional windscreen and lighting packages. The work must meet specific color‑matching and material standards, and all materials are to be delivered FOB destination. Bidders must submit a lump‑sum price (with and without windscreens) and provide the required bonds and insurance.
• Install eight USAPA‑standard pickleball net posts, footers, and center anchors.
• Apply the SportMaster ColorCoating System to the asphalt court surface, including primer, color coats, and line‑marking.
• Provide 4‑ft mid‑court and 10‑ft perimeter green vinyl‑coated chain‑link fencing with a single 6‑ft × 4‑ft gate.
• Optional: supply and install windscreen systems and pre‑manufactured light poles (engineer‑approved).
• Must attend the mandatory pre‑bid site meeting on March 17, 2026 and comply with bid‑bond (≥5 %) and full‑price performance bond requirements.
