Notice of Intent to Award a BPA Call Order against the BPA for Reforestation and NNIS Treatment Francis-Marion & Sumter National Forests in South Carolina

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (USFS), intends to issue a competitive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order under multiple-award BPAs for Reforestation and NNIS Treatment at the Francis-Marion & Sumter National Forests in South Carolina. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform herbicide site-preparation treatments across approximately 1038 acres. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing all labor, equipment, materials, herbicides, and supervision necessary to perform foliar spray and hack-and-squirt herbicide applications • Complying with Attachment 1 – Statement of Work and all applicable laws and label requirements • Performing work within the planned contract time of August 1, 2026 – September 29, 2026 • Providing evidence of the required State of South Carolina herbicide applicator certifications within 10 calendar days of contract award
