Richland County is seeking a consultant or firm to provide professional services for the review and scoring of internal grant applications. The selected consultant will assist with evaluating proposals to ensure alignment with the County's strategic priorities, equitable resource allocation, and optimal use of public funds. The scope of work includes the objective and consistent review of grant applications submitted by various agencies.
