Description
The United States Secret Service (USSS) is issuing an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation to procure 40 mm less‑lethal and smoke munitions as well as FN303 ammunition and related components for the James J. Rowley Training Center. The award will support training of Special Agents and Uniformed Officers. Contractors must be capable of supplying a range of ammunition types, meeting the technical specifications in Attachment 2, and must be able to deliver on an as‑needed basis under the IDIQ framework.
• IDIQ contract – no fixed quantity, deliveries made as required.
• Products: 40 mm less‑lethal, smoke munitions, FN303 ammunition, and associated components.
• End‑user: USSS James J. Rowley Training Center (RTC).
• Requirement driven by training needs of Special Agents and Uniformed Officers.
• Supplier must meet NAICS 332993 (Ammunition Manufacturing) and any applicable federal procurement regulations.
