Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to produce 100 custom pocket folders with 4-color process printing. The folders will have a trim size of 9 x 12" and will be constructed with 1/2"-3/4" reinforced edges and die-cut tabs. The contractor will be responsible for creating or altering necessary trapping, setting proper screen angles and screen frequency, and defining file output selection for the imaging device being utilized. The contractor must also notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email with tracking numbers, shipping method, and title.
Key requirements include:
• Producing 100 custom pocket folders with 4-color process printing
• Constructing folders with 1/2"-3/4" reinforced edges and die-cut tabs
• Creating or altering necessary trapping and setting proper screen angles and screen frequency
• Notifying the ordering agency of shipment/delivery details via email
• Compliance with GPO Contract Terms (GPO Pub. 310.2) and quality assurance levels and standards
