Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the purchase of a 12-month maintenance agreement for the Helios 5 Laser PFIB. The proposed contract action is for the services or supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, FEI Company. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The scope of work includes the maintenance of the Helios 5 Laser PFIB.
• The contractor shall provide a 12-month maintenance agreement for the Helios 5 Laser PFIB.
• The contractor shall ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the contract requirements.
• The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the work.
• The contractor shall ensure that all work is completed within the specified timeframe.
• The contractor shall provide a detailed report of all work performed.
