Street Banners (City Branding)

The City of Lake Forest is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Street Banner Printing and Installation Services for the City Branding Project. The scope of work includes designing, fabricating, installing, maintaining, removing, storing, and cleaning banners. The contract is expected to be awarded for a term of January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms. The selected vendor will be required to design, manufacture, and install 150 city brand banners and 50 neighborhood banners, and provide storage and cleaning services for the banners. • The vendor will be responsible for designing and manufacturing the banners according to the City's specifications. • The vendor will be required to install and remove the banners as needed. • The vendor will be responsible for storing and cleaning the banners. • The vendor will be required to provide a 24-hour emergency contact number for any issues that may arise. • The vendor will be responsible for any landscape, irrigation, and hardscape damage that may occur during the installation or removal of the banners.
