Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to perform a full rehabilitation of two bathrooms and associated locker rooms at the USCGC Sangamon facility in East Peoria, IL. The work includes replacing all drywall, tile, furnishings (except lockers), and fixtures, as well as installing a two-zone climate control system and mechanical ventilation system. The contractor must be a small business and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The contract will be a firm-fixed price construction contract awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror.
