Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the demolition and set up of a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom replacement mobile home in Sequoyah County. The project must be completed within 120 work days, and the contractor must furnish all necessary labor, quality control, licenses, material, equipment, tools, supplies, permits, insurance, and supervision. The bid packet includes the Scope of Work, Specifications, and other necessary documents.
• Demolition and disposal of existing home to a legal dump site
• Set up of a new 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom mobile home
• Completion of the project within 120 work days
• Furnishing of all necessary labor, quality control, licenses, material, equipment, tools, supplies, permits, insurance, and supervision
