Hypersonic Material Testbed (HMT)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division is seeking a Hypersonic Material Testbed (HMT) for slug calorimeter and pitot probe. The procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.
