The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a qualified printer to produce 8,000 total 5 × 3‑inch cards (4,000 each of EHRM101 version 1 and EHRM102 version 2). The cards are double‑sided, full‑color, printed on 120‑lb gloss‑coated cover stock, and must meet GPO Publication 310.1 “3 Quality Assurance Through Attributes.” The contractor must perform pre‑flight checks, file preparation, obtain an “OK TO PRINT” from the Contract Administrator, print, package (shrink‑wrap groups of 100, cartonize, palletize), certify random copies, and ship traceable deliveries to the Pueblo, CO distribution center by July 2 2026.
