Notice of Intent to Noncompetitively Acquire 780 Widely Tunable Laser with PDH Module

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to award a non-competitive contract to Toptica Photonics for a 780 widely tunable laser with a PDH module. The laser is required for the development of quantum sensing technology and must meet specific requirements, including a tuning range of 750 nm to 790 nm without mode hops, built-in frequency stabilization capabilities, and fast external stabilization electronics. The contract is being awarded under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
