Description
The North Dakota Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of four new 115V gyratory compactors and associated accessories. The compactors must meet or exceed the specifications outlined in AASHTO T312. The scope of supply includes two 150 mm molds, 500 150 mm paper disks, specimen lifting mechanism, pressure verification kit, and other accessories. The contractor must ensure that all equipment and accessories are delivered FOB to the specified locations, and installation and training must be completed within one day at each site.
• The compactors must be able to maintain a specimen pressure of 582-618 kPa and have a speed of gyration of 30 ± 0.5 gyrations per minute.
• The compactors must be able to maintain an average internal angle of 1.16± 0.02°.
• The compactors must have a built-in sample extruder.
• The contractor must provide a dedicated customer service representative to provide support for this contract.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and policies, including those relating to nondiscrimination, accessibility, and civil rights.
