The Municipality of Anchorage is seeking qualified contractors to fully demolish the existing Big Timber Motel structure located at 446 Unga Street, Anchorage, AK. The work includes removal of all building components, demolition of a 546 sq ft basement, back‑filling to existing grade, and disposal of debris at an approved landfill. Asphalt on the site will remain, and any asbestos encountered must be handled in accordance with EPA requirements.
