Description
The East Grand Rapids Public Schools is seeking bids for the East Grand Rapids High School Transformation Project. The project involves renovations and additions to the high school. Bidders must have at least five years of experience in work of this type and scope, a license where required, and ample financial resources. The bid security must be at least 5% of the bid amount, and the successful bidder will be required to secure performance, labor, and material bonds for contracts exceeding $50,000.
• The bid documents can be examined at the Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. website or at builders exchange plan rooms in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, and Traverse City.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 4, 2026, at 3:30 pm local time, followed by a site inspection.
• Bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized familial disclosure statement.
• The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the owner if their bid is accepted.
