City of Lafayette: Arapaho Center Theatre Design Services - Historical Building

The City of Lafayette, CO seeks comprehensive design services for the renovation and expansion of the historic Arapahoe Theatre, a culturally significant venue housed within a historic church structure in Lafayette’s old town district and listed on the State and National Register of Historic Places. The scope of work includes interior renovation of existing 1550 square feet, a new 800 square foot addition with basement storage area, expansion of the lobby, two new ADA single-use restrooms, a ticketing and concession counter, a combined light and sound vestibule, an updated dressing area, additional storage, and creation of a small multi-use outdoor performance space. Final designs must be construction-ready and fully compliant with historic preservation standards, ADA requirements, and National Register designation criteria.
