Northland Associates, Inc. will be submitting a bid on Friday, November 20, 2026 at 5pm for the Tupper Arts Adirondack State Theater Renovation Project in Tupper Lake, NY. This project involves a new Sprinkler System, Excavation and Installation of new water line, coordination of Marquee provided by Owner, Lobby & Bathroom renovations, Lobby Basement structural repair, Stage replacement & Retractable screen, Performing Arts upgrades, Steel Beams, Auditorium Wall Treatment, Tech Balcony, Stage Loft, New Seating as a Bid Alternate, Removal of existing seating and installation of approximately 100 theater seats in the downstairs theatre, floor repair as required for seat replacement, Equipment as a Bid Alternate, and supply appliances.
