Reroof Park Office – Promised Land State Park

The contract covers a complete roof replacement for the park office building at Promised Land State Park, including demolition of the existing roofing system, replacement of damaged plywood sheathing, re‑installation of heat‑trace cable, replacement of two skylights, and full installation of new roofing components such as starter strip, ridge cap, ridge vent, underlayment, ice & water shield, drip edge, flashing, pipe boots, aluminum soffit, and wood fascia. The work must comply with DCNR General Conditions (2022), Pennsylvania prevailing wage rules, and recycled‑content specifications, and must be completed within ninety calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. • Demolition of the entire existing roof system and removal of damaged sheathing. • Installation of new roofing materials (asphalt shingles, underlayment, flashing, skylights, etc.) and re‑installation of heat‑trace cable. • Coordination with DCNR, adherence to safety, environmental, and labor laws, and provision of required guarantees, warranties, and as‑built documentation.
