Description
The Port Huron Area School District is seeking bids for the reroofing of Fort Gratiot Middle School. The project includes removing the existing PVC membrane and replacing it with a new 50-mil Duro-Last membrane. The scope of work includes installing insulation, flashing, and drainage systems. The project must be completed between June 15th and August 15th, 2026.
• Remove existing PVC membrane and return to Duro-Last Roofing for recycling
• Remove and dispose of existing wet ISO insulation and replace as needed
• Install one layer of ½ inch fanfold
• Mechanically attach 50 mil Duro-Last prefab system to the entire roof area
• Install two-way vents per manufacturer's specifications
• Properly flash and seal all roof penetrations per manufacturer specifications
• Install proper drain flashing and dome strainers per manufacturer specifications
• Install two-piece compression metal to the roof perimeter
• Complete clean up and disposal of all job-related debris
• Provide a 20-year NDL manufacturer's warranty covering 100% of materials and labor
