The California Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified fencing contractor to remove approximately 500 ft of existing chain‑link fencing and two rolling‑gate assemblies, dispose of all debris, and install new wrought‑iron fencing with two motorized rolling gates, two manual pedestrian gates, and associated hardware, electrical, and site‑restoration work at the Caltrans facility located at 1993 Marina Boulevard, San Leandro, CA. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and comply with Caltrans specifications, including a three‑year warranty, DVBE participation, prevailing‑wage requirements, and bonding/insurance obligations.
