The West Virginia Parkways Authority is seeking a single, new commercial‑grade tracked zero‑turn mower for municipal use. The mower must meet an extensive list of mandatory specifications, including a minimum 35 HP gasoline engine with electronic fuel injection, heavy‑duty steel frame, hydrostatic drive, rubber track propulsion, 66‑inch cutting width, and a two‑year commercial warranty. Delivery must be FOB destination to the Authority’s Beckley office within 60 calendar days of purchase order issuance, and the vendor must provide all required documentation, warranty paperwork, and signed terms. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor whose total price (including delivery) is the most competitive.
