Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide 1000 smoke-free window clings. The clings must be 4" x 6" in size, printed on 8 mil white static window cling material, and able to withstand UV exposure and harsh weather conditions. The vendor must provide a detailed estimate with their bid and be able to complete the project within 15-20 business days after proof approval. The state awards bids based on best price and value, and only prequalified vendors will be considered.

• Printing location (preferably in Michigan)
• Pricing stability for 30 days
• Bidder's experience with similar projects
