Description
The Michigan Dept. of State is seeking a vendor to provide #10 special window envelopes. The envelopes should be 24# white wove with a full gum flap and have a 1-color black print. The vendor will be required to provide a turnaround time after approved proof till delivery, and they should be able to hold their pricing for 30 days. The vendor's experience with similar projects will also be evaluated.
• The envelopes should be printed in Michigan, if not, the vendor should specify where they will be printed.
• The vendor should provide a bid that includes the cost of 600,000 envelopes.
• The vendor should be able to provide a proof that requires approval before production.
• The vendor should not be held liable for any errors contained in the final product after the final proof has been approved.
