The Navajo Division of Transportation is seeking a qualified contractor to supply and deliver UPM Cold‑Mix asphalt repair material. The contract calls for an initial 48 pallets of material, with potential additional orders contingent upon future funding, and spans a five‑year period. Vendors must submit a revised bid form that incorporates a 6 % Navajo Nation sales tax and meet all technical specifications for the cold‑mix material.
• Supply 48 pallets (initial quantity) of UPM Cold‑Mix material meeting FP‑14 specifications.
• Deliver the material to the Navajo DOT Roads office (Window Rock, AZ and Mentmore, NM).
• Submit a completed bid form (including unit price, delivery cost, and 6 % Navajo tax) by 25 August 2026 3 p.m. MDT.
• Provide required certifications, insurance, references, and, if applicable, Navajo‑ownership documentation for evaluation points.
