This contract is for trade services, including the inspection, maintenance, and repair of solar panel systems, solar street lighting, and other solar-related systems for the City of Tempe and the City of Scottsdale. The contract has a term of 3 years, with the option to renew for an additional term. The City of Tempe reserves the right to terminate the contract if funds are not allocated or available for the continued use or purchase of services, work, and/or materials set forth in the contract. The contractor is required to perform annual inspections of the PV and solar thermal systems, and provide a checklist of steps necessary to maintain and retro-commission similar systems. The contractor is also required to provide an annual inspection report describing what actions need to be performed to repair and/or retro-commission each system.
