Description
The City of Mobile is seeking a qualified contractor to provide right‑of‑way ditch mowing, trimming, edging, litter removal and blowing services for two municipal areas (Cypress Gardens and Dauphin Island Parkway). The work must be performed with finishing‑type mowers only (no brush mowers), adhere to strict safety and environmental standards, and be completed in four eight‑week cycles between May and the end of November 2023. The contractor must submit sealed bids by the March 16 deadline, report progress bi‑weekly, and may be subject to penalties for late performance or herbicide use. The contract can be extended for up to two additional mowing‑season years.
