This municipal contract calls for interior renovation of the fourth floor of the Skyline Center building in Wilmington, NC. The work includes demolition, construction of metal‑framed gypsum demising walls, installation of doors and windows, acoustic ceiling tiles, and floor finishes (carpet tile or luxury vinyl plank). Two optional alternates provide additional tenant‑fit‑out space and extra wall work.
